We’re hiring for the following: PCA, Caregiver, LPN, RN
–PCA- Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
· Basic and instrumental activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, etc.
· Light housekeeping
· Meal prep/light cooking
· Laundry
· Errands
–LPN/RN- Responsibilities
● Perform an initial assessment of patient’s care
● Perform routine 90 care visits to reassess and reevaluate the care of patient
● Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
● Report observations and any change in patient’s symptoms or care to the family and agency
● Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
● Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
● Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
