Provides personal care services under the direction of Moravia health Administrator, Human Relations Manager, and Scheduling Manager. The Home care aide is assigned to specific clients by Scheduling Manager or other appropriate professional and performs services for clients necessary to maintain their personal comfort. Performs personal care activities, Performs household services essential to health care at home, Documents care provided and completed the forms required for the clients records. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
