CNC MACHINIST
Pay $16-$20 per hour

A Composiflex Machinist is tasked with manufacturing quality products to print in a timely manner. They must punch into M1 at the start of their shift, fully dressed in their uniform and begin work immediately. It is the employee’s responsibility to keep a part constantly running on whichever CNC machine they’re operating. If a problem arises, the machine operator must be able to alter the program for full efficiency. While the program is running it is the duty of the employee to stay busy cleaning the surrounding work area tapping holes by hand or setting up and running a second machine. The machinist must know how to retrieve programs, setup sheets and print from PDM works. The last 20 minutes of each shift is dedicated to cleanup and machinist etiquette. This entails but is not limited to returning all of the tools to the designated areas, returning all signed out tools to the inspection lab, returning all fixtures to the designated area in the mezzanine, cleaning the floor around the employees machine, cleaning out all the metal or phenolic chips and fibers from the machining table and from the inside of the machine, returning any kits used fully assembled, removing any cutting tools from the CNC machine, placing all used cutting tools in the proper areas, etc. Compensation will be discussed in full during the interview.

PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBERS

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Team Members to join our manufacturing facility. This role involves working and supporting various production processes to ensure efficient operation. Candidates with factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and warehouse experience are highly encouraged to apply. Duties:
- Operate and monitor equipment to ensure smooth production flow
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices for assembly and maintenance tasks
- Assist with the setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of machinery, including forklift operation when necessary
- Perform quality checks on products and components throughout the production process
- Support inventory management by moving materials within the warehouse using forklifts and other equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of tools and machinery
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Experience operating forklifts and power hand tools is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic understanding of hand tools and assembly processes
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Prior experience with manufacturing or assembly tasks will be considered an asset

Finishing Technician
Pay $15-$18 per hour
Job description:
The finishing technician is responsible for understanding customer requirements and specs to prepare semi-finished products for painting and further processing.
Specifically, the finishing technician is required to:
- Fill and sand products provide a smooth surface for machining and painting
- Buff clear coat and natural finished products per customer requirements
- Painting experience is a major plus as we can incorporate this skill into your standard work.
Team member must be organized, detail oriented, computer literate, have basic math skills, able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
