GOP Reps. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, and Pennsylvania’s Brian Fitzpatrick have voted against President Donald Trump’s legislative agenda, but the bill still passed, 218-214.

Massie and Fitzpatrick were the only Republicans to join all Democrats in voting against the $4.5 trillion tax breaks and spending cuts bill.

The bill will now go to Trump’s desk for his signature.
